본 약관은 RRR(이하 "본 앱")의 이용 조건을 규정합니다. 본 앱을 다운로드하거나 사용함으로써 이용자는 본 약관 및 Apple의 표준 최종 사용자 사용권 계약(EULA)에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
2. 서비스 내용
본 앱은 사진의 색 보정, 필름 프리셋 적용 등의 편집 기능을 제공합니다.
3. 지식재산권
본 앱 및 본 앱이 제공하는 필름 프리셋, 디자인, 로고 등 모든 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 본 앱의 개발자에게 있습니다. 이용자가 본 앱으로 편집한 결과물(사진)에 대한 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다.
4. 면책
본 앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 개발자는 본 앱의 사용으로 인해 발생할 수 있는 데이터 손실, 편집 결과에 대한 만족도 등에 대해 법이 허용하는 범위 내에서 책임을 지지 않습니다. 이용자는 중요한 원본 파일을 별도로 백업할 책임이 있습니다.
5. 약관의 변경
본 약관은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 앱 또는 관련 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.

1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of RRR ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
2. The Service
The App provides photo editing features including color grading, film looks, and preset application.
3. Intellectual Property
All rights to the App and its content, including film looks, presets, design, and logo, belong to the App's developer. You retain rights to the photos you edit using the App.
4. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for data loss or satisfaction with edited results arising from use of the App. You are responsible for backing up important original files.
5. Changes
These Terms may change. Updates will be posted in the App or on the relevant page.
